Un retour sur le travail photographique de Nicolas Denis qui a passé l’été dernier avec nous et a pu documenter le projet de son intérieur. L’idée première du reportage était de partager la vie de tous les jours du projet, raconter son histoire d’une manière authentique et honnête. Un regard sur la vie communautaire avec la volonté de revenir à la terre, à l’artisanat et à la simplicité

Programme de la soirée: 18:00 Verre de bienvenue et présentation du Projet. 19:00 Barbecue avec pains saucisse BIO + option VEGE. 20:00 Jam Ouverte. Le bar est ouvert 18h à 23h. Toutes nos boissons sont BIO et souvent locales.
Plant-based Brunch with DJ set — Quinta do Rio
Once again, we come back with our favourite brunch experience. Our chef Fati will prepare for you a beautiful plant based (vegan) brunch buffet full of her favourite recipes. In the meantime, a dj set will be played by Nicolas Denis to bring groovy vibes in your plate. The brunch takes place this time in Quinta do Rio who has a beautiful outdoor kitchen and bar to enjoy the beautiful nature around us.

Jam Session & Pasta — Quinta do Rio
We would like to invite you for a jam at our place. Let’s plug the amps and improvise some tunes. Bring your instrument and let’s play together. This is not a professional jam where you need to be an expert in music theory but basic knowledge of chords progression is always good to know to play with others, or not. As it is mentioned in the title, delicious pasta will be cooked and served by our chef Fati.You can also choose to come as visitor if you want to just watch the jam and enjoy the food.
